Checklist for applicants to grades 4 – 5:
- Spaces for grades 4 and 5 are limited, please call the Admissions Office directly.
- Arrange testing by the Educational Records Bureau 212-672-9800 or visit www.erbtest.org. Applicants for grade 5 must take the ISEE test.
- An official school report must be sent from the applicant’s current school and arrive before January 13, 2012.
- Submit teacher reference form to applicant’s English and math teachers. Completed recommendations must be received by Hewitt by January 13, 2012.
Checklist for applicants to grades 6 – 8:
- Apply online for 6th grade by Dec. 1st, 2011. Spaces for grades 7 and 8 are limited. Please call the Admissions Office directly.
- Arrange testing by the Educational Records Bureau 212-672-9800 or visit www.erbtest.org. Applicants for grades 6-8 must take the ISEE test.
