Checklist for applicants to grades 9 – 12:
- Apply online for 9th grade by Dec. 1st, 2011. Spaces for grades 10, 11, and 12 are limited. Please call the Admissions Office directly.
- Arrange testing by the Educational Records Bureau 212-672-9800 or visit www.erbtest.org. Applicants for grades 9-12 must take the ISEE test.
- An official school report must be sent from applicant’s current school to arrive before January 13, 2012.
- Submit teacher reference form to applicant’s English and Math teachers. Completed recommendations must be received by Hewitt by January 13, 2012.
- Submit completed Student Application Form to Hewitt before January 13, 2012.
