Tuition does not fully cover the cost of educating each student, so every Annual Fund gift matters. Each year, the Annual Fund provides funds to support the School’s highest priorities. We strive for 100% participation from our community. A gift of any size is an investment in our exceptional teachers, differentiated curriculum, and robust financial aid program. The Benefit is the School's largest fundraising and community-building event. Funds raised at this event are designated for special projects or initiatives. Please consider donating, bidding on auction items, and attending the party of the year! Please save the date for Wednesday, February 26, 2025!

Volunteers bring our community together, and whether you can help for one hour or take on a larger role, your time and expertise is deeply appreciated. Current parents and guardians, alumnae, grandparents, parents of alumnae, and faculty and staff make up our team of 200+ volunteers each year! Capital gifts go above and beyond the scope of the Annual Fund and Benefit. Every few years, Hewitt conducts a capital campaign to support long-term projects, including building renovations and school programs, to realize our strategic vision. Capital gifts may be made as a part of a campaign or in support of a specific need that aligns with the School’s priorities.

A strong endowment ensures our School’s financial sustainability. Endowment gifts are invested in perpetuity and the interest generated from the principal provides both long-term financial stability and income to meet current strategic priorities. Donors who wish to make a significant investment in Hewitt’s future or memorialize a community member are invited to establish an endowed fund. 

Hewitt community members have the opportunity to include the School in their estate plans. These gifts, large and small, take many different forms including bequests, retirement plans, life insurance policies, charitable trusts, and appreciated securities.
